The world’s best landmarks have been revealed in TripAdvisor’s annual Travellers Choice Awards, and if you want to visit the very best landmarks that the world has to offer in 2017, you should be booking a holiday to Cambodia, Peru, Argentina, Brazil, India, or Australia.

The list, based on millions of independent traveller reviews worldwide, highlights the highest rated landmarks based on ratings collected over a 12-month period, and while there are many places you would expect to see on the list, such as the Taj Mahal, the Sydney Opera House, and the Eiffel Tower, there are a few surprises on the list, including our very own Big Ben in London!
