If you missed out on Black Friday, worry not, Cyber Monday is now upon us, and if you are looking for a fantastic holiday deal for 2016, today is supposed to be one of the best days of the year to find it.

Many of the world’s leading airlines and hotel chains are offering “great deals” on accommodations and flights, but not all of these Cyber Monday specials are as good as they seem, and so it is essential that you do your homework and compare prices before clicking the ‘buy now’ button. However, that said, there are some bargains to be had, especially on flights, and if you are flexible with dates and destinations, you could secure a special deal for your 2016 break.

British Airways: Good old BA are offering some great flight deals until midnight tonight (GMT), with return tickets to Cape Town from £767.00, return tickets to New York from £362.00, and return flights to Sydney from just £700.00 per person.  You could also fly from London to Vancouver in business class from £1384.00 per person, and London to Salzburg, Austria for a mere £31.00 each way.

Emirates: One of the world’s favourite airlines, Emirates is marking Cyber Monday with an incredible 2-for-1 sale on flights to India, Pakistan and Bangladesh. All you have to do is book two round-trip tickets from any of the 10 listed US gateways, which include Boston, Los Angeles, San Francisco and New York, to your preferred destination, and you (or your partner) gets to travel for free!

KLM: Dutch giants KLM are running flash sales today, and if you are looking for a bargain flight for 2016, head on over to the website and take a peek.  Offers include Dublin to New York from $558.00 pp return, Los Angeles to Amsterdam from $1038.00 pp return, and Munich to Atlanta from $1085.00 per person for a return economy ticket.
